Become aware of your distractions and how you are suppressing your feelings. Are you using social media, food, alcohol, socialising, gym… as a way to avoid yourself? How can you create space for yourself to be seen and understood? Do you need time alone? Do you need to chat to someone? Have you been connecting to your partner lately?
