It is so easy to feel stuck in judgment – blaming, accusing, prosecuting. In fact pointing your finger at someone else is nothing more than a survival mechanism. It helps you to avoid looking inwards at your own wounds & shadows.

We ALL do it.

The most powerful thing about judging is the fact that it works like a mirror. The very thing you judge in others is nothing more than a reflection of a repressed part of yourself.

Yeap – you can only see in others what you already have inside of you.

So this week take the time to see in which way you are judging & reflect – how it relates to yourself? What are you repressing? What needs to be seen? Please have self compassion in this process and avoid being so hard on you.
