Worrying about things you can’t control will only drain you of the mental strength you need to be your BEST. The worrying loop is endless – you worry, then try to gain control, fail, and worry again!

This is extremely exhaustive.

The outcome? You end up blaming yourself too much or try obsessively to micromanage people’s choices & behaviours. We can’t control many external factors, specially when experiencing such transitional times. 

The reality is the world is changing – humanity is going through a HUGE shift in consciousness.

Be gentle to yourself in the process – feel your emotions & respect your needs.

When you stop worrying about things you can’t control, you’ll have more time and energy to devote to the things you do have control over. This can be key to reaching your greatest potential.
