In a way we are all seeking perfection for validation.

We strive for the perfect body, the perfect house, the perfect car, the perfect outcome, to be the perfect friend, the perfect partner, the perfect mum…

…when in reality we are a perfect mess.

It’s not your challenges that are restricting your reality – there is a mental level of stress from seeking perfection that is enslaving our modern society. 

We perceive perfection as the norm.

How about if I say that there is so much authenticity in your imperfections? How about if I say that your ‘wild energy’ it’s all you need to feel alive?

You don’t need perfection – you need yourself.
