You don’t need an expert to tell you what to do – you need silence and stillness to listen to your inner wisdom.

As a society we have created a strong belief that – our government, our job, our family, our church, the media – are always there to take care of us. The problem with this mentality is in this process, we have programmed ourselves to disconnect from our inner guidance.

Every time we want to make a decision, we make sure it is first of all acceptable by others. Yes absolutely – it’s important to think about others as a group, but it’s also as important to respect your own truth and values as an individual.

It is essential to understand that you have a natural ‘technology’ within you that is always guiding you through life since a young age.

Learn to trust your intuition to make decisions in life. If you have trouble trusting your intuition, repeat this affirmation daily: ‘It’s safe for me to trust my inner guidance’.

Scientists have found that heart coherence is the alignment between your brain and your heart. It’s when your neurological and physiological systems work at their best. That is only possible when your mind and your heart are vibrating in the same frequency – when your thoughts are following your heart, when your actions are a reflection of your intuition.

This week pay attention to your actions and decisions. Are you creating your daily reality from a overthinking and fearful mind or from an open & authentic heart? Are your actions in alignment with your feelings? Are your words truly reflecting your inner state?
