Deep within you know exactly what you need to do and what you need to face, but somehow you are resisting the process. You fear the consequences of being criticised or rejected, or perhaps you fear its uncertainty, failure or even the idea of ending up alone.

No matter what your reasons are, your fear is here to guide you through a journey of self-empowerment. The path to a fulfilling life is not to avoid fear but to recognize it, understand it, harness it, and unleash its power.

It is important to understand that our mind is ‘designed’ to fear, fear is only here for protection. In fact, your fear is your intuition communicating the next step to your purpose, passion, and better performance in life.

Every time you confront any fear, you gain power while your anxiety loses strength – you accumulate evidence of your ability to cope, while rewiring your mind for a healthier life based on courage. You choose a new path to a better you.

I highly encourage you to spend some time alone to reflect on your fears. What do you need to face this week? What are you afraid of? Who you would be without this fear?

Prioritise what it is important for you right now, so you know what you need to confront. By facing your fears, and challenging new ones, you give yourself the opportunity to achieve more, experience more, and enjoy more.
