 In addition to healing, Reiki promotes deep relaxation and a sense of peacefulness being ‘at-one’ with yourself and the environment. Reiki level 1 provides both a practical and theoretical insight to this ancient Japanese healing art.

• Reiki 1 Hand Positions
• How to Give Yourself Reiki Healing
• How to Give Others Reiki Healing

• Reiki 1 Sacred Attunement
• Reiki 1 Hard Copy Manual
• Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki 1st Degree Certificate and Lineage
