A lot of pain that you are dealing with are really just thoughts. Don’t allow your wounds to transform you into someone you are not.
What happens is not as important as how YOU react to what happens. The one thing you can control is how you treat yourself, and that one thing can change everything.
This week spend some time reflecting on how you can treat yourself better, and what are the things you are not giving yourself permission to – do you need an earlier bedtime tonight? Perhaps it is time to slow down a bit, stop the ‘push-push’ and instead rest on the couch for a little while? Do you need to eat healthier? Or call that good friend for a soul to soul chat?
Whatever works for you, the Universe is inviting us this week to create space for self-nourishment – stop, take a deep breath, contemplate and recharge.
Be gentle to yourself, you don’t need to fix everything at once. When your cup is full, you can then face the world with an open heart.
